The Strategy Support Report (for schools) is a personalised report designed to provide schools with clear, practical guidance on how to support a neurodivergent child or young person in the classroom. Whether the pupil has an emerging presentation, diagnosed or undiagnosed needs, this report offers tailored strategies to enhance their learning experience and well-being.
How This Report Can Help:
✔️ Effective Support Strategies – Gain practical, tailored recommendations to help the pupil engage in the classroom.
✔️ Graduated Response – Use the report as evidence of strategies implemented, supporting an EHCP application or review.
✔️ Cost-Effective Guidance – A valuable option for schools looking for insight while waiting for other specialist services.
✔️ Supporting Parental Engagement – Parents who may struggle with their child’s differences often find this service approachable, as the focus is on practical support rather than diagnosis.
How It Works:
✔️ In-Person Observation – A classroom observation of the pupil in their learning environment.
✔️ 1:1 Interaction – Direct engagement with the pupil to gain further insights.
✔️ Brief feedback to teacher or SENCO (if requested).
✔️ Comprehensive Report – A written document outlining the observation and recommended strategies for staff implementation, completed within 4-6 weeks.
School should refer to their policy regarding parental consent before proceeding. If required, I can provide a parental consent form for the school to use. Some parents may be unsure or cautious about their child working with an external professional. Schools can reassure parents that this is not a diagnostic assessment but a strategy-based support service designed to provide practical recommendations to help their child succeed in the classroom.
📌 Please note: This is not a diagnostic service.
