About Me

Hello and welcome to the Start The Puzzle consultancy website. 

My name is Steph and I provide tailored support and guidance for autistic children, young people, and their families. I also collaborate with schools, offering training and consultancy to help neurodivergent young people thrive.  I provide an online service, making it more convenient for parents, schools, and young people to access support. 

I founded Start The Puzzle after identifying a need for compassionate, individualised support.  By embracing a neurodiverse-focused approach, I support individuals in overcoming challenges and reaching their full potential. With over a decade of experience as a primary teacher and extensive work as an outreach specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children, families, and educators in their journey.
