Remote Support for Autistic Young People

I understand that the puzzle piece symbol has been debated within the autistic community, with concerns that it may imply something is missing or incomplete about neurodivergent individuals. I want to be clear—this is not what I believe.

For me, Start the Puzzle represents supporting a journey—a journey of understanding for both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. Every person—autistic or otherwise—is whole, valuable, and worthy. Neurodivergence is not something that needs to be “fixed” or “completed.” My approach is about empowerment, respect, and celebrating differences.

To reflect this, I have incorporated a gold infinity symbol into my logo. Gold represents value, strength, and recognition, aligning with the idea that neurodivergent individuals are not just accepted but truly appreciated. The infinity symbol, widely embraced by the autistic community, signifies the diversity of experiences and the limitless potential of every individual.

By placing the infinity symbol at the forefront, I emphasize progress, growth, and self-acceptance while acknowledging the history and concerns surrounding autism representation. My goal is to provide meaningful support that honours each person’s unique journey.
